Okay, I've heard that some people are having trouble with commenting, replying, note to people, etc.  But mine seems to be working. I did the RP that I uploaded today. Until this problem is fixed, on your side, you can try either note to me, saying "Birthday RP" until your problem is fixed or if you couldn't do all three, maybe try and brainstorm for the RP until your problem is fixed.
